DGP is the brother -in -law of former Sadar MLA
Arun Dev Gautam, who became DGP of Chhattisgarh, is the brother -in -law of former Sadar MLA Vikram Singh. The DGP was married in the year 1994 with Jyoti Gautam in Kanpur Barra.
