Lokayukta Saurabh can get the narco test done, not open the secret of black money yet

The ‘owner’ of 54 kg of gold, two and a half quintals of silver and black earnings of crores of rupees remains a problem for Saurabh Sharma Lokayukta, a former soldier of the Transport Department. He is not taking the name of opening his mouth. In the inquiry so far, the Lokayukta police have not been able to remove anything special from him.

Now sources have claimed from NavbharatTimesdot.com that the Lokayukta is thinking of getting Saurabh’s narco test done by applying to the police court. In fact, in the seven -day interrogation of Saurabh Sharma, the Lokayukta police could not succeed in removing any information. Therefore, the narco test can be done after the advice of the law experts.
Many leaders and officials may open

It is alleged that the goods found near Saurabh belong to many leaders and officials. In such a situation, Saurabh is not deliberately opening his mouth. Not only Saurabh, his partners Chetan Singh Gaur and Sharad Jaiswal are also not opening their mouths. Now the question in front of the Lokayukta police is that 54 kg of gold and Rs 10 crore cash found in the car? Where did this gold come from? Who paid for the purchase and through what medium?
Saurabh’s house raided on 18 December

Please tell that the Lokayukta police raided the residence of Saurabh and Chetan Singh Gaur on 18 December. After this, the Income Tax Department received about 57 kg of gold and Rs 10 crore cash in the Innova car late at night. 40 days later, while coming to the court for surrender, Saurabh was arrested by the police on 28 January. His companions Chetan Singh Gaur and Sharad Jaiswal were also arrested by the police.

Detention till 17 February

On the other hand, on the completion of the police remand period of the three accused, the Lokayukta police on Tuesday presented him in the special court of Prevention of Corruption Act, Ram Pratap Mishra. From here, the three have been sent to jail in judicial custody till 17 February.

Two more companions arrested with Saurabh

The Lokayukta police raided the residence of Saurabh and Chetan Singh Gaur on 18 December. 40 days later, while coming to the court for surrender, Saurabh was arrested by the police on 28 January. On the same day, Saurabh’s close Chetan Singh Gaur and Sharad Jaiswal were also arrested by the police.
Police could not spew generation

The three were questioned for a week after taking police custody, but the police could not spew special information about Saurabh’s properties. On Tuesday, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) also applied to the court for questioning the accused after a court order to send the three accused including Saurabh to jail.
Court allowed inquiry

The court has allowed the ED to interrogate the accused in the jail. Explain that the ED had set up a case on the basis of FIR registered against the three accused including Saurabh in the case of disproportionate assets in the Lokayukta police.

After this, the ED raided Saurabh’s relatives and close to Saurabh in Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior and Pune and seized the property documents on two different days. Saurabh’s mother Uma Sharma, wife Divya Tiwari and Chetan Singh Gaur have already questioned the investigating agency.
