Actually this case is of the district hospital in Murar. The blood bank license of the hospital is over in the year 2011 itself. Since then, the license could not be renewed due to all the shortcomings and flaws. During this time, the blood bank continued to work continuously. The case was revealed when blood bank center in -charge Archana Chhari wrote a letter to CMHO. It was informed in the letter that after 2011, the process of license renewal has been adopted.

The letter also requested that no staff of the blood center should be posted in another place until the license is renewable. It has also been told that the duty of the staff is removed from the blood center and is done somewhere else. So in this condition, they will not have any responsibility regarding the license renewal. After the matter came to light, there has been a panic in the district hospital. Civil surgeon Dr. Rajesh Sharma says that the normal blood bank is still running, in such a situation, the process will be completed in such a situation.

Explain that for the operation of blood bank, it is mandatory to get a license from the Ministry of Food and Drug Control from the Government of India. The application is applied for renewal of the license before the blood bank license is finished. After this, the team of the ministry comes to inspect. Which submits its report to the Delhi headquarters. After recommendation to issue the license, the license is issued from the Food and Drug Control Department Bhopal.
