Sudha Raj moved to Delhi in 2018 to prepare for the UPSC exams after completing her graduation in Aurangabad. Despite facing initial setbacks, having failed both the BPSC and UPSC exams, Sudha did not lose heart. Her perseverance paid off the following year when she was selected as a Sub-Inspector (SI) in the Bihar Police and went on to receive training in Rajgir.
Achieving the 143rd Rank
In 2023, Sudha Raj hard work culminated in a remarkable achievement when she secured the 143rd rank in the 69th BPSC examination, earning her the position of DSP in Bihar. This success came after years of unwavering focus and relentless effort, with Sudha continuing her preparation even after her initial success as a police officer.

Sudha’s family, including her mother Manorama Devi, a former district councilor, and her father Awadhesh Paswan, a clerk in the disaster management department, provided invaluable support during her journey.
