CM Vishnudev Sai made important announcement to promote tourism and development in Bastar region.

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has determined a new direction for the development of Bastar region of the state. In the first meeting of Bastar Area Tribal Development Authority held in Chitrakote, the CM talked about preparing a strategy to promote tourism in Bastar on a large scale.

During the meeting, along with developing selected tourist destinations in Bastar region, creation of tourism corridor was also discussed. Also, the CM launched Solar Solution and Mano Bastar App, and also inaugurated Solar Power Bank.

On the occasion, Finance Minister OP Choudhary suggested the establishment of a new sports academy along with nursing colleges, organic and hotel management institutes in the Bastar region. In this important meeting, emphasis was laid on taking steps to give Bastar global recognition in the field of tourism and development.
