Rahul and Jaiswal created history
KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal batted brilliantly and made a partnership of over 100 runs, breaking a 20-year-old record. Earlier, in the year 2004, Indian openers Virender Sehwag and Aakash Chopra had scored more than 100 runs for the first wicket in Australia. Sehwag and Akash had added 123 runs, but now Rahul and Jaiswal have set a new record by making a partnership of 131 runs.

This achievement is a big moment for Indian cricket and can further boost the confidence of Team India in the upcoming test matches.
