Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO Oversubscribed 3.57 Times on Final Day, Strong Retail Demand Leads the Way

The IPO of Rekha Rakesh Jhunjhunwala-backed Inventurus Knowledge Solutions saw strong demand on its third and final day of bidding, December 16, with the issue being subscribed 3.57 times. Investors placed bids for a total of 3.7 crore shares, significantly surpassing the 1.03 crore shares on offer.

Retail investors led the charge, subscribing 5.8 times the portion reserved for them, followed closely by non-institutional investors, who subscribed 5.4 times their allotted quota. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) also showed strong interest, bidding 1.9 times the shares allocated to them. The employee portion was subscribed 2.59 times, according to data from the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The ₹2,498-crore IPO is a book-built issue, with a total of 1.88 crore shares being offered entirely as an offer for sale. The allotment of shares is expected to be finalized on December 17, with the tentative listing date scheduled for December 19 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The company will not receive any proceeds from the offer, as the funds will go directly to the selling shareholders, net of offer-related expenses.
