Model Sabrina Krasniqi and Husband Found Dead in Alleged Murder-Suicide in Florida
Tragedy struck in Hallandale, Florida, as model Sabrina Krasniqi, 27, and her husband Agree Krasniqi, 34, were found dead in an apparent murder-suicide at their luxury condo. The couple’s bodies were discovered early Wednesday morning on the balcony of their high-rise unit at Beach Club II, located on the 45th floor. Police responded to reports of gunfire around 12:30 a.m. local time.
Authorities believe Sabrina fatally shot her husband multiple times before turning the gun on herself. A gunfire detection system recorded at least five shots, followed by a sixth after a brief pause.
A resident living across from the condo reported hearing screams and gunshots, saying, We heard screaming, and it was scary. I heard the shooting, and then, after a few minutes, the police cars arrived, and it was a crowded scene, according to the New York Post.
In a heart-wrenching Facebook post, the sister of the deceased, Albana Krasniqi Munrett, expressed her devastation: Pajtimi wife chose to take my brother life when she shot five bullets into his chest… She betrayed him, his love, and his trust.
Upon arriving at the scene, authorities found a teddy bear, a box of roses, and a television still on in the home. Blood stains and bullet holes were visible on the balcony door, painting a chilling picture of the tragedy.
Sabrina, who was also known by her maiden name, Sabrina Dzaferovic, was a model, and both she and her husband were originally from Kosovo. They had strong ties to both New York and Kosovo. The investigation is ongoing, and police have not yet determined a motive for the shooting.
