Small packs of English wine: For the first time, the sale of 60 mL and 90 mL bottles has been allowed.
Premium brand shops: Now the premium brand shops will not open in the multiplex area of the malls, but they can be opened in the main buildings of airports, metro and railway stations if they get permission from the competent level.
Simplification of home license
It will now be easy to get a personal home license to buy and keep more alcohol.
The annual fee will be Rs 11000 and security will also be 11000.
For only three years, only the person paying income tax can apply for the license.
Brick pack for desi wine
To prevent adulteration, desi liquor will now be sold in the brick pack.
Increase in the fees of cannabis shops
The license fee of cannabis shops has been increased by 10%.
However, there has been no change in the license fee of the model shop.
Shops will be allotted from e-lottery
There will be e-lottery in three phases for shop allocation, after which shops will be allotted through e-tender.
Applicants will have to register new on the portal.
No change in shops time
Shops will open from 10 am to 10 pm as before.
Digital Payment and CCTV compulsory
Digital payment and CCTV cameras have been made mandatory at all retail shops.
MRP will be marked
MRP will be registered on desi liquor bottles and tetra packs.
