Ranchi: Common people will be able to see the Raj Bhavan garden once again. The Raj Bhavan garden is being opened for the common people from February 6 to 12. Any person can enter from gate number two of Raj Bhavan from 10 am to 1 pm. Admission will be available only after necessary investigation. It will be mandatory for all visitors to keep their identity cards. The garden will be open from 10 am to 3 pm. The visitor will be allowed to stay in the garden for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Raj Bhavan was opened for common people for the first time in 2004

The Raj Bhavan is spread on about 52 acres of land. It was built in 1930. The first garden for the common people was opened in the year 2004. At that time Syed Sibte Razi was the Governor of Jharkhand. There are more than 20 thousand rose flowers of hundreds of varieties in this park. Seasonal fruits are also full of fruits. Artificial octopus, artificial mountains- waterfalls, sohraya paintings on walls, statues of great men and martyrs, tanks used in war, giant spinning wheel, MIG 21 aircraft, yellow bamboo, Rudraksha, Kalpataru, Strawberry, Classes, Tejpatta, There are trees of orange, seasonal, sev, chiku, cashew, berries, camphor, lemon grass, sandalwood, cloves, cinnamon etc.

Flowers- Jhano Udyan, Nine Musical Fountain, Mahatma Gandhi Medicinal Park, Guru Govind Singh Vatika, Orchid Garden, Ashok Udyan, Akbar Garden, Buddha Garden, Murthy Garden, Birsa Mandap, Lotus Bridge etc. are worth seeing in the campus. Apart from this, there is also a Children’s Park to entertain the children.
