Griptile CEO Daksh Gupta has recently advocated a work culture of working 84 hours a week, after which he is facing a lot of criticism on social media. Gupta says that adopting such a work culture in the beginning of a startup will lead to the growth of the company, although his thinking matches with the views of Narayan Murthy. After this controversy, Gupta has also received death threats.
