Three Injured in Shooting at Arkansas Mall on Black Friday, Authorities Confirm

A shooting at an Arkansas mall on Black Friday left three people wounded, though none of the injuries were considered life-threatening, authorities confirmed. The incident occurred at Park Plaza Mall in Little Rock, one of the busiest shopping destinations on the holiday shopping weekend.

Little Rock police quickly responded to the scene and deemed the situation an isolated incident, not an active shooter scenario. Police Chief Heath Helton stated that officers found one victim at the mall, while two other individuals later sought treatment at a hospital.

While the investigation is ongoing, Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr. confirmed that two people were involved in the shooting. However, no arrests have been made so far. Authorities are continuing their efforts to gather information and determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
