Neemuch

A surprising case has come to light in Neemuch. Here a female sarpanch has mortgaged her sarpanchi. The female sarpanch has signed the stamp paper and gave the contractor the post of sarpanch. That too is for just 500 rupees. In fact, Kailashibai Kachhawa, the sarpanch of the gram panchayat donor, handed over the sarpanchi to Suresh Garasia of the village on a stamp of 500 rupees. This is considered to be the first case of the country to make such a contract. Here the officials of the district panchayat said that they will issue notice to the sarpanch.

Contract is given on 24 January

The contract was done on 24 January. It has signs of Sadaram, Manalal and Suresh of the village as a witness. Also, the sarpanch’s seal and signature also exist. It was written in the contract that Suresh Garasia will see all the work of the government including MNREGA, PM Housing, Watshed. In case of violation of the conditions, it has also been written to pay four times the compensation.

Contract done for construction works

Sarpanch’s husband Jagdish Kachhawa said that the contract was done only on construction works. There was no contract related to the rights of sarpanchi. At the same time, Suresh Garasia said that he did not contract. He is a contractor and contracts in seven panchayats.

Sarpanch will be removed from the post

District Panchayat CEO Aman Vaishnav said that if this has happened, the sarpanch will be removed from the post. The matter has come to cognizance.

I am unable to work

Sarpanch Kailashibai wrote in the contract that he is unable to do his work. Therefore, she is handing over all her responsibilities and duties to Suresh Garasia. Now he will see all the work of the panchayat. They will not have any objection to this. Where Suresh says, she will sign her.
