  1. Prepare the Flour Mixture:
    • Heat ghee in a pan.
    • Lower the heat and add all-purpose flour (maida) and gram flour (besan). Roast until it turns golden brown.
    • Once done, turn off the heat and add a pinch of cardamom powder.
    • Sift the roasted mixture through a strainer and set aside.
  2. Make Sugar Syrup:
    • In another pan, add sugar, water, and a few drops of lemon juice. Cook until the sugar dissolves.
    • Spread the sugar syrup in a different pan and knead until it thickens and becomes pliable.
  3. Combine and Set:
    • Gradually add the flour mixture to the sugar syrup and cook.
    • Take a small bowl, add chopped dry fruits, and a portion of the Son Papdi mixture. Press down gently until set.
