The authority has also received RERA registration for the new scheme. Interested individuals can apply until November 30, and a draw for plot allocation is scheduled for December 27. For those who do not secure a plot, their registration amount will be refunded by December 29. Of the total plots available, 344 will be located in sector 24, while the remainder will be in sector 18.
